Appointment Requests:

To ensure the appropriate services are scheduled, please allow a minimum of 78 hours for your stylist to review your request. You will be notified once your appointment has been confirmed.

Cancellations

• We kindly ask that you provide more than 48 hours for any appointment changes.

• Cancellations and rescheduled appointments made 48 hours or less before their scheduled time will be charged 50% of scheduled services.

• No show and same day cancelations will be charged 100% of scheduled services.

• Guests who arrive more than 20 minutes late for their appointment are subject to cancellation of scheduled services. Cancellation fees will apply.

Deposits

• Deposits will be deducted from the total on the day of the appointment.

• Deposits are non-refundable if reserved appointment is cancelled or rescheduled.

• Guests with 3 or more last minute cancelled/ rescheduled appointments are required to pay a deposit to schedule future appointments.

• FIRST TIME GUESTS: A deposit of 20% of scheduled services is required to hold first appointments.

Refunds

• All services provided, and items purchased at K Beauty are non-refundable.
