-Cancellations and rescheduled appointments made 48 hours or less before their scheduled appointment will be charged 50% of scheduled services. -No show/same day cancelations will be charged 100% of scheduled services. -Guests with 3 or more last minute cancelled/ rescheduled appointments are required to pay a deposit to schedule future appointments. Deposit will be deducted from total the day of the appointment. FIRST TIME GUESTS: A deposit of 20% of scheduled services is required to hold first appointments. This amount will be deducted from the total on the day of the appointment. Deposits are not refundable if reserved appointment is cancelled or rescheduled. -All services purchased at K Beauty are non-refundable
